Achala Fernando, HD in Psy, CMES, BCS, PES CES, YES, SES, MMACS, CPT, GFI, Pn1, is a Fitness specialist, Consultant, Trainer and a Coach -in Health Fitness and Performance Training since 1996, He holds multiple credentials from internationally respected accredited educational authorities in the world.
Having multiple Specializations including Medical Exercise, Behavior, Corrective Exercise, Youth, Senior, Sports performance and Martial Arts conditioning with more than 20 years of experience in the field as a coach trainer consultant visiting lecturer publisher educator and a mentor in training trainers.
He is presently completing his Orthopedic Exercise specialization/ Health coach credential plus degree in Psychology, and is a Program Director/ business member of IDEA-USA the world largest health and fitness organization and a member of ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine-USA) member for over a decade.
